A lencsefozelek vonatkozasaban, en egy masik valtozatot szoktam fozni, mert
mi is szivesen eszunk telen kb. havonta egyszer lencset. Ami egeszen biztos
az, hogy minden januar 1-en ebedre lencse van! Nem vagyunk babonasak, de nem
lehet kihagyni semmilyen lehetoseget sem, ha penzrol van szo. :-))
Abszolut kezdoknek ajanlva irom le:
Elozo este szoktam boseges megmosas utan beaztatni a lencset. Reggelve
megduzzad kb 2x-re, reggel leontom rola a vizet, majd egy labosban felteszem
foni, ugy, hogy a vizebe 1-2 baberlevelet teszek, illetve 2 db fustolthusos
kockat (Maggi, v. Knorr teljesen mindegy). Egy kicsit megsozom, majd addig
ott allok mellette, amig el nem kezd forrni, akkor kislangra veszem, mert
uzembiztosan kifut, ha nem igy teszek.
Kb 20-25 percet fozom, ekkor keszitek egy masik labosban egy kis rantast,
megpiritom, de paprikat nem teszek bele. Feleresztem vizzel, majd ovatosan
adagolva beleteszem a megfott lencset, hogy ne legyen csomos a rantas
folyton keverem. Ezutan beleteszek 1-2 ekanal mustart, egy kicsi cukrot,
esetleg meg sot, ha szukseges es vegul belekeverek tejfelt 1,5-2 dl-t. Attol
fugg milyen suru a fozelek.  Feltetkent fejenkent 1-1 szelet sonkat, illetve
1-1 tukortojast szoktam tenni, hogy ne legyen olyan terepszinu a tanyerban.

Lencsefozelek / ahogy mi keszitjuk!!!/

Hozzavalok:

60  dkg   lencse
 6   dkg   zsír, vagy olaj
 8   dkg    liszt
 2   db     baberlevel
 1   db     kozepes fej voroshagyma
 1   csapott evokanal  mustar
 1   csapott  teaskanal  pirospaprika
 1   evokanal cukor
  ízlés szerint ecet
  1  db  citom
  ízlés szerint so
 3 dl  tejfol

A megtisztított lencset megmossuk, majd bo, hideg vízben tesszuk fel foni, /
mi nem szoktuk beaztatni!!/ mert a lencse sok folyadekot vesz fel fozes
kozben. Sozzuk,  beletesszuk a baberlevelet,  egeszben  a hagymat  es a
citromot felbevagva. Lassu tuzon  forraljuk. A hagymat es a citromot a fozes
befejezesekor kiemeljuk a  fozelekbol. Keves cukorral pirított barna rantast
keszitunk, pirospaprikat keverunk bele, vízzel felengedve simara keverjuk es
a rantast a megpuhult lencsehez ontjuk. A fozeleket ecettel, cukorral,
mustarral izesitjuk es lassan keszre forraljuk, kozben a tejfolt hozzaadjuk.
Feltetet mindenki sajat ízlése szerint tesz ra.
